• Honest estimates of expected ship dates.  Our policy is to beat stated lead times whenever possible.  In the event of an unusual delay, you are entitled to immediate notification.
• Clearly marked packages, with your internal information where appropriate, for smooth receiving, storage, and retrieval.
• Representatives that care about resolving any concerns you may have in a mutually satisfactory way.
• Assistance in eliminating product duplications on your shelves.
• Bottom Line - You are entitled to be treated exactly as we want to be treated when we are another company's customer.

• Assigned to a Sales Representative.
• Cross-referenced using an exceptional variety of resources.
• Assessed for accurate, realistic lead times.

Our goal is to turn RFQs into quotations in as little time as possible.  We will call and let you know if what you are looking for involves a delay.  You are never left to guess where we are in the quoting process.
